   Garden Square is the first mixed-used condominium of ESLA Land Developers, inc. It combined both residential and commercial units where people can live and work at the same time. The ground and second floor will be available for commercial used ideal for clinics, laboratories, homecare and professional offices for doctors, lawyers, accountants and others. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors are available for residential units and also for homecare. It has two bedroom units, one master bedroom units and one bedroom units.    Valle View is also the first condominium building of ESLA Land Developers, Inc. in Pasig City. It is located near the Ortigas Business District one of the most important landmarks of Metro Manila. It is a thirty-six (36) residential unit project so you can be assured that the building will not be crowded.             In 1975, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. was established.  Our companies' first and foremost project started with the purchase and development of a portion of Valle Verde I Subdivision at Pasig City.  One of its marketing strategies in selling lots and units was the idea of putting up a clubhouse within the subdivision and this was followed and adopted also by other developers.  Thus, the Green Valley Country Club was formed and organized.  The development of Valle Verde I began with ESLA Land Developers, Inc and this includes the  72 townhouses and 16 executive single detached units.  This was the first time that the concept of townhouses was introduced here in in the Philippines.  The one-and-a-half storey townhouses has a lot area of 170 square meters and a floor area of 240 square meters with ample open spaces for wide driveways and landscaped gardens in front of the units facing each other.

                From Pasig City, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. moved up north to the Summer Capital of the Philippines, Baguio City. After a year, we started the development of Green Valley Village located at Sto. Tomas, Baguio City.  We first organized the Green Valley Country Club of Baguio for the wholesome enjoyment of the members and their families living in Green Valley Village. It has hotel rooms, sports facilities, restaurants, function rooms and swimming pool.  Green Valley Village has  perpetual cool air, fog covered mountains, serene environment, breathtaking views and panoramic scenery.  The original idea was to put up or construct vacation houses at Baguio as getaway from Manila hustle and bustle rat race.  ESLA Land Developers, Inc. devided the village into phases and started building and marketing condominium units. , quadrant houses, duplex houses and luxury units.  They also sold single detached units and subdivided lots .

                In 1982, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. ventured into urban socialized housing in Barangay Sto. Domingo, Cainta, Rizal.  Originally conceived as a housing program for the ESLA Land company employees, it was then offered to Pag-ibig members for non-cash buyers.  It later catered to the middle income buyers and constructed two bedroom townhouses with individual carports, living and dining area, kitchen, toilet and bath and maid's room.  In year 2007, ESLA Land built a 4-storey condominium building called ESLA URBAN VILLA.  A low density 30 unit building to house more residence to maximize land space for best use.

                Despite the economic and political upheavals that swept the nation, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. successfully constructed and marketed the Garden Villa Condominium projects in Green Valley Village, Baguio City and continued to develop and record growth in the units sold.  The reason for this is that ESLA Land Developers, Inc. caters to a different market - people buy units for their own use and profitable investment.

                For almost 40 years, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. continues to develop and build high valued communities.  But we did not stop from there, in 2012 we opened the GARDENVILLE HOTEL to serve more tourist and local residences of Baguio City.  By the end of 2015, ESLA Land Developers, Inc. will finish the GARDEN SQUARE in Green Valley Village, Baguio City and VALLE VIEW in Pasig City.
